Q. Why teams?
A. Teams are created for a few key reasons. The first is to keep your costs low, the second it that teams and accountability partners really help with exercise adherance and promote engagement in the program. TEAMWORK really does make the DREAM work...you will see!
Q. What if I miss a class?
A. You can either add a customized workout that we have created for you or jump into a similar alternate group to make up that workout. We can also add you into another of Teamworks custom programs like Yoga, Self-defense or pool training to fill the gap.
Q. Who can participate?
A. This is what is really great about the program. You can be a former all-american athlete or someone looking to get started with limited fitness experience. We will group you with similar clients, and the challenge is not just about how strong or fast or lean someone becomes. Everyone has a chance to feel comfortable and really succeed at a a level that fits their needs.
Q. Will everyone know my weight and other personal information?
A. No. If there is any information you want to be kept private, we will do so. In order to select winning teams and track your personal goals, only you and the coaches need to know some of your personal health and fitness information.
Q. How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work?
A. If you comply with the minimum requirements of the Mission: Fit program (including minimum class attendance and personal workouts, some light lifestyle homework and journaling) and you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund your money without question. You will only be charged $39 a month for the time you used our facility as a gym fee, as this is included as an extra bonus with the Mission: Fit program.
Q. The program starts February 4th, but I want to get going now. What can I do?
A. Come into the center and we will get you started with some basic fitness training to get you a head start on the program. It is a great way to get a jump on everyone and hit the ground running on the 4th of February.
